Our Bass Group is a lesson-based session for young people interested in learning the bass guitar. Open to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, each session is person-centred and adapted to suit everyone who attends. Instruments and amps are provided, so you can focus on learning, jamming, and building your skills. Participants will develop techniques such groove and rhythm, reading bass lines and tablature, improvisation, playing in a band setting, and understanding music theory.
